    We carry a Rs. 50 Lakh General Liability and Garage Keepers policy protecting you, others, and your vehicle. It starts when we take possession of your vehicle, and it does not end until it’s back in your possession.
  • HOW DO I KNOW PERSON IS FROM VALETIFY?

    You will recognize our valets from distinctive Purple jacket uniform. Additionally, hen requesting a pickup, the Valetify agent’s name and photo will appear on your screen, so you'll know exactly who you'll be meeting before you get there.   • HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO WAIT FOR A VALET?

    Waiting sucks, especially when you're in a hurry. So our goal is to have an agent arrive at the location of your car within five minutes.
  • HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RETURN MY CAR?

    We park your car as close as possible. However, due to traffic conditions please request your car 15 minutes in advance.
  • WHAT IF I LEAVE SOMETHING IN MY CAR?

    If your valet is in transit to the parking lot, give them a call and they will double back to return your item. Otherwise, call one of our Customer Delight Officers and they will assist you immediately.
  • HOW DO I PAY?

    Valitify is a cashless transaction. Once we deliver your vehicle to you, your linked card will be automatically charged and you’ll receive a receipt in your email inbox. Price includes it all: pickup, storage, delivery, and tip.
